As someone stated. I could probably transfer money at PP to a fellow OCA member and order the MoBo from TigerDirect/Newegg to his/her address and then resend it to Norway.

I'd help you out, but I have to pay 7% sales tax on stuff I buy from Newegg. That is the cheaper place to get it though.
