During the course of our correspondence, Philly_Boy mentioned he had an idea for an extreme cooling company, and from his words I thought I understood he was a phase change builder. In January or early February of 2010, I caught up with Philly_Boy on Windows Live Messenger and from that conversation the story in question developed.

My understanding at the time was that Magnaphase had not yet opened its doors for business. From the contents of this thread, it appears that Philly_Boy/Magnaphase has engaged in shady business practices, which I have been unaware of. I am looking to do an updated piece on Magnaphase Colling, LLC and if you wish to clarify what has transpired, please PM me or email me. My contact information can be found here.
