Vcore is a variable, because lowering cpu pll and raising VTT can let you run lower vcore...

i was just digging around with my setup and all today... but i have no idea if is my chip or is my ram that's the bottleneck

So try clokcing one without hte other?

Disable turbo drop the cpu multi and start clocking.. you running 6 or 8 mem divider?
