Hey boys :) well this island survived another tsunami scare :D

I dunno, conflicting reports about the warning being extended another 4 hours.

Was this tsunami a non-event just like the last one a few months ago? If so it sure is making the scientist look like fools.

The scienctist got it right but they didnt know the size....the biggest wave was about 8 ft high....which is good but tue north shore has seen waves 30+...so oh well...it is always interesting to c how people act when an emergence happens : P

I think the biggest scare is not knowing what to expect... people seem to fear the unknown - not knowing exactly what to do or where to go. It puts ppl in a panic.
