June Less Bugged
Today after I talked with RomDom I decided to have a break from busy life and bench the last 10L I had left on my 20L dewar (probably 10L evaporated since week after Memorial Day).

I'm in the process of modding another 480 and i have a F Batch that i'm working on. voltage is a bit weird as well as the cbb. I just need to iron out some stuff i think. As soon as the 480 is totally modded/flashed/what the fuck ever i am capable of doing to it/and ready to rock i'm going to conference with the Romulans and see wtf we can do to make something happen. It seems nearly impossible to get some kind of "Harmony" between hardware lately. Get a good cpu and cant get a good GPU. and Visa Versa. I must say this is going to be a last hurrahh for a 480 for this Ferengi. After this its going to be all killing old hardware for team bointage. This is my 6th 480 and 3rd 980x. enough is enough, The next gen of hardware will come and all of this CRAP hardware will be forgotten.

I hear you Duke. After six 5870's, I only went with one 480. I've been to toying with the idea of trying a 4th 980x, but those things are just too damn expensive to bin.
Not buying any more expensive stuff until the next generation. Gonna keep my eye out for a good 975, though. I'm way behind on 2D boints and ain't wasting any more time on P55. |

Just got my second RMA conformation thanks to a great teammate. Thanks again Shannon. Board is shipping out tomorrow so things are moving forward all be it slowly .... Hope I can make it for the fireworks .... but rest assured I will be back as soon as I can with some serious firepower from yesteryear ..... :laughing: |
