stable clocks for gaming 900/2150/1800 @ 1.049v

seem max is 950 but volts only go up to 1.135-7 :P

its got that triple volts which idk wtf the aux does and havent messed with the mem volts

got a quick question..
i been trying to get some extra boints with da E6750 cuz it's gotta alotta boints in it but it was clocking fine before but after i pulled the cmos batt it started giving me probs it becase extremely at it's old happy state at 1800mhz @ 1.7v on the core and i have went up to somewhere around 4.05Ghz before but now it's impassable to go by pass 1400mhz and if i start up the system at 1800 it'll go back to 1400 seemed like now the 1400mhz it's the chip's def setting or something

oh and the cooling went from air (4.05Ghz) to dice and did no improvement at all!

Sounds possibly injured. Best to push furthest on cold temps rather than on air unless the chip is not intended to be taken colder later. Its an addiction, I know, but you gotta know when to back off the chip on air and stop taking another hit from the bench pipe. :keeporder:

Iron, used to have a 20W which took ages to heat up, the present one is a 60W but not a fine tip. So have to look for a fine tip soldering iron as well, :thumbdown:

Smaller than socket 1156 too, at least the one 1156 chip box I had.

Going to do GTX580 SLI on air tomorrow with 980X on LN2 on a Gigabyte Assassin mobo. If the chip is not capable of 6.0/6.1Ghz in 3D benchmarking then will fall back on SB.

I am basically a team bencher/grinder meaning vast results although not nessisarily the cream of the crop. shear numbers....

with only 20 results counting and the rest for pennies on the dollar this approach is now antequated .... :shock:

Bottom line is you have to bench hardware that is capable of beating you top 20 efforts to make any significant difference.

The days of grinding it out with what ever hardware are over,

I think this will serve to make overclockers better in the long run as you really have to push for the top 5 spots in any hardware you bench.

the good news is the type of hardware really makes no dif barring competing for world records,

i mean i like the idea where it just kinda forces you to push harder and making you wanna learn more it's just i have over 30 775 chips waiting to be benched and with out LN2 there isn't really a point to even touch it and i REALLY need to a lot of my benches so much work! so little time!
and some of my best stuff like my old 920 is sold and i can't find my E6300 B2 no more
