update, first is allmost finished, need some detail work done, and made black, but it works like a sharm and no cables there anymore :

offcourse i tested it, the copper bars don't get even warm, stay ice cold.

out of curiosity, are you using something to prevent contact of the copper bars with the case, or are you using contact with the case as your grounding wire?

prevent contact with case, will be isolated
