Ok here we go:

Tried CPU VTT up to 225mv
Tried IOH up to 1.375v
PCI-E up to 106 MHz
still same thing once getting close to 4.6 GHz. I opened Eleet and upped each voltage little by little to no effect. What do you guys think? I'm really starting to think it's windows.

I might give Xp lite a try, the one up on the FTP server. If I remember correctly I saw it there. I'm aiming at some 2d scores now so I think Xp would be the way to go right?

MicroXP got even less stuff than TinyXP, no idea if its any good for benching though, might try it this weekend if my stuff arrives in time.
