You'll love it. SS is fun. It's not LN2 but it's a one price performer. Plug and Play. Once you use your ln2 it's gone. Then ya got to get more.

All right, I got four good drinks in me,(its Thursday!) looks to be intact, just wanted to post these:keeporder:
I'm not touching it till tomorrow as alcohol don't mix with Voltage :Hi: |
I hope that's water and not oil. Does the box look smashed anywhere? The way it's wet on one side makes me think it could have been laying on it's side. When you first start it up, let it run a minutes and then turn it off and let it sit for ten minutes. Do that a couple more times. That way the oil can move back into the compressor.
If there is oil inside the box, something is broken. Probably not though. I'm glad you were there to sign for it. |
No,
Its all intact. No wetness inside, unless its dripped straight out and I can't see it (inside the box is dry) its not crushed anywhere. I'll fire it up tomorrow, follow yer instructions.......... Thanks Again Ron!!!! |
Hey Ron
I must be doing something wrong as at first it shot down to -55 degrees, then ever since it has slowly risen to hover around+ 20-30 degrees Celsius? I have a window open on the condenser temps outside at 5 Celsius, at first it looked and worked great. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, is it ok to seat the unit next to my computer set up? ?Should the motor be higher than or below my setup? As the neck is long, and im not sure what to do with the extra(I assume keep it standing up)? I shut it off for a while, see if it helps .............Need advice here really. Thanks! |
