Yah, I tried using my baton as an intermediary means of threatening my hardware into performance mode. Resulted in two deceased 9800gx2's. So I changed up my tactic and did the good cop/bad cop routine but that failed.

So it seems not all life experiences translate into better overclocking. But sub-zero liquid cooling always works out great :D

Hey Kal rumor has it the 9.10 ATI drivers coming out tomorrow are gonna really boost multi 5870 scores. I spent last night doing some preliminary test for 32m and will be setting up all my partitions for benching tonight. Prolly get ~30lb dice next tuesday and hope this sessions goes better than the last.

Have you tried going colder ?

My Classy was booting at -130c and ran with no problems.

My classy cold boots after -43C and my CPU cold bugs at -105C. I really hope some day I can get my hands on something better than an average CPU to play with. This is getting extremely frustrating.

Its a crap shoot between -117c and -129c, sometimes she'll run and sometimes not.

Still picking away at the bot on air atm. :D

Well, I recieved a special package yesterday afternoon. It arrived too late for me to pick up any dice. Which is OK cause I need to do a bunch of stuff this week to get ready for some dice runs next weekend.
I'll have to build the i7 mount kit for this unit and get busy and build my bench station. Also have to insulate the Classy and figure out if I want to torture the
C0 chip first, or just go balls out, hammer down on the D0.
