I just hope you put some good use into this card and maybe get some points at the bot with it. It troubles me the amount of hardware given away around here but yet so lil use I seen done with all it. What can ya do.

HAHA nice one Shannon! Don't trip if you blow out the RAM as I have done it once already. I'll just RMA it again! Remember the one card overclocks better than the other too that I have marked.

Also, you might work that eraser a lil better as I see alot of spots where there are vulnerabilities. I'm talking around the caps and socket area. I'm bettin though you ain't done and will finish her up when you drop the CPU in it.

yeah, just some pre prep, to save a lil time once cpu is in, but that is only the beginning :D but awesome catch, if i was a noob that woulda been a BOOM moment :morpheus:

Hey guys im gonna bring this thread back just to say something that I dont think I stated... Ive sat and got all excited about the new card and everything, But I do wanna say one key thing...

By all rights crustytheclown beat my 4.2ghz score at the 4ghz mark, so by all rights crusty did win the competition. I dunno how I can say thanks to him for basically giving me the win by not entering but in my book he did win, and teh fact taht he would give me the chance to get such a cool prize when he could have easily blazed by me speaks volumes to his character, and not to mention the fact that he gave a guy trying to come up in the overclocking world a chance to gain some ground...


Not only that he also took the time to give me some major pointers as to which way to go on many settings to help get me faster times, and that too speaks volumes to his character.
