Click the signatures tab under the identification section on the left side of HWBot home page. You will then see a bunch of sigs including two of the one you are currently using at the top of the page. The top one will be one you are currently using and the other one that is stored on the remote signature host. Click the force a refresh. Now here is where it gets stupid. For me it refreshed the top sig but not the bottom one. Which ever one it didn't refresh right click that image, and choose "view image" if you are using Firefox. Afterwards, press CTRL+F5 to force a refresh on the image that is being viewed in another tab. If you are using Google Chrome you will have to right click the image, then copy image url and paste it in a new tab and then do the Ctrl + F5 trick. If using Explorer, right click the image, then properties and copy the url within it and paste in new tab. Then Ctrl + F5.
