Thanks guys :) Witch, just cut the carbs to around 20g's per day for a month and you'll shed weight like crazy. See a doctor first, as people can get diabetic really easy from shifting their metabolism to convert energy from protein and not complex and simple carbs.
Oh and get into MMA training. I go till I puke. Nuff said. |

Oh ya, how long did it take you to get your energy back after cutting the carbs? I always hated how I felt when I cut carbs. Especially because of how weak I felt at the gym. How long is the transition before your body starts using your protein as an energy source?
