It's here...............and it's even more awesome in person. :D
Especially like the 'hidden' OCA stencil on the bottom. Mocking up my personal modifications for chiller and water cooling setups. Pics as soon as I have time. Winter's here again and I'll be getting busy again. Thanks for everything Brian. You're a star. :good: |
 had it on backwards though
No sweat Scott hope you enjoy it .............. |

But I did have both the Abit A8N Deluxe and the ASUS AN8 Deluxe (one was a BIOS Mod board I forget which) :) My Favorite was a barebones K8T800 Pro chipset board, that thing was so snappy and slick. Ran some quirky TCCD 2-2-2-5 at 500-525MHz. Would not run 2.5 or 3 cas AT ALL. (Apparently was fairly common). I wish I could find some result pics from that time. all I can find is me talking about it more recently though lol. |
Here's what a good Ultra D can do with a good chip - Did this just yesterday as of this post. :cool2:
http://hwbot.org/submission/2349542_..._1517sec_562ms If I could get it running cooler, it would run higher of course - You can only do so much on water. Don't know if this chip has a CB yet.... But I will find out one day. |
Nice work with a San diego. I had that same chip a LONG time ago.
Did you know that San Diego means "A Whale's Vagina"? |
Nice run Bones ...... |
Thanks guys.
Hard to believe you can still get global points from a chip that was made over 5 years ago, yet there it is. If I can get it colder I'll push it even farther. Yes Mr. Scott, that was the freak chip getting it's freak on. ;) |
