so that was the biggest waste of $$...
remember i installed a "new" tank in the loop?
well i had to take that out too, i just installed the waterblocks everything looks great, it was a D-Tek block and that special made for 780i/790i s i am not really sure who is the maker... but fits really well, so all the things in my new loop are 1/2in loop and all my old stuff are 1/4 in fitting, moth a f er! so i took everything out and put all new stuff in it!

quick question thou..
what is the difference betreen Black Ice Xtreme /3 vs the Swiftech mcr320
cuz this guy give me a new looking Swiftech mcr320 instead of the black ice xtreme
both red are Swiftech, non of them are black ice......

i will be posting pix soon after i get the tubbing done =)
it's gonna be f ing awesome!

mcr320 is cheap and low fin density. good for adequate cooling and low noise fans.

BIX needs high pressure 38mm fans to shine. The difference is not astounding (not like stock cooling to a TRUE... but good when looking for extra performance.

ok so i got the water cooling with the thermal pad installed, i was able to run the Q6600 with 3.6GHz overclock stable @ 33~38C

but now after i restart the system, the computer is overheating like a ho
seems like the pad is not doing anything anymore, it's like just sitting there.. but when i take it out and hook it up to the yellow//black and have like a stander heatsink on it, it can take the water to like near sub 0C, but when i put it back in and samething happens
i looked in the bios and the chip is running around 100C and then it will shut down right after that...:Dizzy::Dizzy:
it was working fine now it's just bad WTF!

and now after few trys the board is not starting up anymore:shock: on the post led it's saying 1D i looked up it is mem issues
i already tried few different ram nothing working, tried run it with out ram at all which is beeping (that's good:thumbsup:)

i will be adding pix soon;)
the system looks nice, it's not in a case but looks nice i like it :D
