What's left is a happier, healthier dude Witchy. Still have a few pounds to go for my goal but that's no issue when I'm averaging 1.26 lbs of loss per day :)

and also, just thought it would be relevant to mention that your body gets energy from 3 places: carbs, fat and protein. carbs are the easiest to break down, so they are burned first. Now, the reason those low carb diests work is because after you stop eating carbs, your body falls back to the next easiest thing to breakdown: fat. Protein is actually the hardest to break down of the 3. (i am pretty sure rev probably already knows this XD) Although I really cant relate to any of this, still young @ 6 ft/165 :) anyhow, amazing work man |
