blinking command prompt?

blinking command prompt is to Asus as 4E code is to Gigabyte.

So I can get past 4E = blinking command prompt even at 99.5 x 57 multi (hence I thought I had a winner when I was testing at distri's place)

But now once I got home and started testing the chip, the problematic symptom is that, I can boot properly into Windows only at 99.5 x 55 or 100.2 x 54(with this Bclk I get 4E or the blinking cursor with 55 multi).

2 more sandy bitches L045B005's 0331 and 4328...from tiger cause I get down like that
