Not really high clocks on GPU's, because the two gpu's are on 1 psu 1050w CM hybrid psu.
But some nice tweacking in Nvidia inspector for this 03 run,

This seems to be the best I can do with this chip. I cannot get it to go higher than 5650 with 53x106 or past 56x100 I think its maxed. Get flashy underscore top left of screen or I can enable speedstep an it goes to load windows an just freezes.
