A little i680 benching on p55 classy
3 Attachment(s)
Well since my new 980x is dawg, heated the f1 up dried it off and picked up the classy p55 for some late night action :Hi:
This i680 seems to be a winner http://valid.canardpc.com/cache/banner/1294701.png Thanks again to elano for a bit of troubleshooting help with p55, hes the mastah :) We figured out why I was getting a laggy mouse which brings me to the cold bug. CBB -165 CB none Cold slow occurs if I keep it at -190c for 2 long. If i bring it down quick and say run wprime to heat it back up it will be fine. If not I get laggy mouse and whole system stutters. Seems to like it right at -177 to -183 or so. I think something is freezing around the socket causing this. Was trying to get a good pi time for the most part, and in between that ran wprime and pifast once just to get some hw bucks for now. I kept getting not convergent, and not exact in round alot. Also a bunch of 9c BSODs, which is vtt or vcore I always forget. Anyways, had fun 40L to go and im sure there is a ton more to pull out of this chip. Was a good reintro to the good old p55 classy. Shout out to rom for letting me borrow his evbot saved a ton of ln2 with it for those #16 post codes. |
Looks good dude. You think she has more pifast and 1m mhz in her if you spend a little more time with it?

I guess Im just in global mode still is all. seems lackluster but ahwell Another interesting thing, I got higher with the x8 mem multi than with x6 :) 226 wont even spi1m at x6 is 9c BSOD vcore? |

maybe because my AC is on the same power strip as my monitor and PSU ;) ??
perhaps I should try moving it to a different breakers |

Just a quick flicker can cause that. I've had it happen during imaging outside the UPS ( I roll like that) and a minor brown out occurs. If it happens again after you've moved from that breaker start looking at your PSU. |
