Palit newegg response FAIL
Check out the manufacturer responses here on newegg. I swear some of these companies are so full of shit that I can actually smell it through my monitor.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814261062 Maybe Palit should look into fixing the problem instead of underclocking cards. I was browsing for a cheap htpc card replacement... I have a feeling it won't be that one. |
huh?
As for the buzzing sound. All you need to do is turn off the "Volume" on your TV and would solve the issue. |
hahaha read no further than the first response. Enough said.

...and apparently, setting a piece of hardware to advertised speeds is considered extreme overclocking. "Break out the tek pot. It's time to crank this baby all the way up to... ...stock!"
:Dizzy: |
Note to self, Palit likes to hire ignorant asses to post comments on the web. Must email them my resume

That's wild. I about ordered a Palit 460 when they dropped but the card was too damn ugly. Yeah I judge hardware on the way they look too, not just performance. Well I do on my everyday cruisers, benching hardware now, that's a different story.

Looks matter.
When dumping cash on something you want to feel good all over. If I had a teal colored car that happened to be a Ferarri I'd still drive it into a lake. If I sold it, it would still be on the road and I might accidentally see it....... Nice thing about benching hardware is that it all looks good with the clothes off. |
