I'm just hoping it will be an extended season of cooler weather here this time around.
It does get cold here but typically it doesn't last long. Two or three weeks worth of sporatic sub-freezing weather (Mainly at night with lows dropping into the 20's or teens) is about the norm, then it starts warming up again.

Yes, it does snow here on occasion but it's a joke compared to most. You guys with the "Northern advantage" have it good in comparison but that's related to OC'ing only.

AHem, yah, we're not gettin any snow here anytime soon. I could, however, rent a room at the Observatory on Maunakea, they usually get snow at nearly 14,000 feet elevation ;) LOL

Just make sure it's not located on top of something that could get HOT really fast. You guys do have a few places like that around there and I doubt hosing it down with LN2 would do much good.
