I'm about to try 01 mark next week and have prepared card but before wanted to know how's voltage scaling for these cards? I'm aiming for ~1K core just like Rom and Jor3llBR

So how much Vcore did you feed for your 01 runs?

I could only hit 950 because I was overvolting it to 1.424v

You want to be in the 1.3-1.35v range :) Thats where rom dent and jor where too. Just use software ftw

i'm thinking its around 1.4v? but i'll let the other guys chime in...

I want background services running as less as possible so I prefer soldering mod, I guess I'll get 10L dewar tomorrow for pretesting :)

damn I just tested vmod with aircooling and got bad surprise in terms of shader freq which tops out @ 1480 :ohcrap:- pumping up voltage even up to 1.35V didn't help
I thought you can clock it unlinked just like G92 but actually even in unlinked mode you still have min ratio 1:2 so max core freq I can get is 740 :thumbdown: Maybe it's common as it's one of those early samples and Dell OEM card

What can I expect under LN2? I doubt I can get shader boost to 2K so I guess 1K core is wet dreams?

The shader/core ratio is locked and can't be unlocked. What are you using to clock it?

I'm used to riva but tried afterburner and evga precision as well- same tendency

Who knows exactly how well it'll scale under Ln2, its a toss up but at minimum 900 core will be doable. You may have a card that scales really well, you may not, only one way to find out ;)

Anyone use the 280 gtx VDD and/or the VDDQ mods for this card? Not sure what they are or what they control, any insight would be helpful.
