for those not aware...radio shack has a most of the needed stuff...resistors pots...and switches..and test leads...and some tools too..

Not all Radio Shacks everywhere continue to carry these items. None of the radio shacks on my island carry them anymore. Long ago they did, not anymore.

The Radio Shacks around here carry very limited resistors and such these days, I couldnt get anything I needed for the 3870 or 4850 today, gonna have to order from the net.

I looked at my radio shack and they carry some but more than half the rack was out of stock including the ones I needed (I dont remember what they were was a couple of years ago)

Dent, isn't Frys close to you? They carry all the stuff needed.

Frys has anything and everything you could need, but its not anywhere near where I live. I was working in Dallas and Austin a lot lately, where there are Fry's, but not here.
