Rev running at -75

Pounds that is. Been dieting and training hard the last two and a half months and through hard work and determination I cut exactly 75 pounds off officially this morning, and 20% body fat. Anyone looking to get in shape, look at an old fashioned sport called boxing lol, it'll make you puke the fat out.

Witchdoctor 01-14-2011 07:03 AM

congrats Rev. That is awsome bro..............

I could stand to loose a few myself....

Awesome man and yeah 75lbs in 10 weeks is pretty much unheard of without surgery but when things get rolling it gets easier :)

Time for alternate site? www.dietholics.com? :Dizzy: Life has been kicking my sack around for a while, but I finally realized how damn out of shape I am. Cardio is just embarrassing. Been waking up early and doing my little thing. Weight has stayed about the same but I am eating way cleaner and staying hydrated. Damn I wish there was a BJJ gym around here. It would make working out so much funner.

rickss69 01-15-2011 04:07 PM

Mayonnaise FTW! :good:

I weigh 20lbs more than i did in high school. lol 145lbs of solid mass. i ate anything and everything and i could when i was young and couldn't gain a pound. Still can't. One of those lucky fkers that can do that. my metabolism is off that charts. I can eat it and burn it off in an hour. Good lookin boy you got there Rev. Gonna be a lady killer. But those eyes look real devilish.

I was like that my whole life. Highest I ever weighed was 160 until about 4 months ago. I finally started to get well and taking prednisone for over a year
finally caught up with me. Now I weigh 178!!! I had to start watching what I ate because all the sudden it was sticking. :Dizzy:

he has his moms eyes, the rest is so much my side though. It's funny how I see my uncle in his smile sometimes.

Thank you all for the kind words (even you rick, ya bastad lol) really means allot, and I miss being here more mixing it up but in due time, most likely when my wife goes back to work from Maternity leave.
