Did you test any retail chips or all ES?

Having a little trouble with Uncore I'm guessing higher is always better?
Also does Bus speed play much of a role for performance or is it used mostly to fine tune higher CPU clock?

That is actually not good. The vaccuum release valve is frozen. That can damage it IIRC. (Once it no longer holds a vaccuum the cannister is not as good at storing LN2)
