I got board gonna blow stuff up...............This board used to hold the world record(not mine)for memory speed back in the 775 days, lets see if we can find and beat that record. That and a few other records................

Go with a single drive for benching. You don't need to use RAID.

OK, I know I used to lose the raid cause of the over clock. Makes sense. Already spend four hours trying lols, fawking hate snags.

Finally installed the OS ugh!

Yea cause onboard RAID blows when it comes to overclocking. I did find though that when I used my RAID card and overclocked I never lost a os. :) But that was when I was into PCmark05. BEFORE they totally screwed the bench up with allowing all kinds of stupid tweaks. Now its a pussy bench test.

I can change it to ACHI after install right? Do I have to use the Raid drivers then? I can't stand IDE, but it was the only way I could see the rad to install the OS....I want to turn on ACHI then install the drivers like I'm doing a fresh install but then abort after the drivers r in and it SEE'S the drive?

No need for RAID drivers if you're not doing RAID. Yes you should be able to turn over to ACHI after you install in IDE mode. I would also use the Intel Rapid Storage Utility.

No I didn't have the RAID card for sale. I had ACARDS for sale.

I cant get CPU-Z to read my CPU properly? It show X11 on the CPU but im running 11.5multi? I need an older version of CPU-Z anyone got one? :thumbsup:

Hell I'm on water already.......:ohcrap: though I can tell if I had sub zero it would do much more!!! This chip is pretty good, just checking the multi right now see how high it will go for now. I know when it gets cold I'll be starting all over. Well it's Saturday and the D-Ice place is closed have to wait till Monday, more time to prep!

whats the best multi to use with this chip, it will take me weeks if I try on my own..... I was gonna get some D ice but I have to much going on this week. Last day in my Forties, I'll be drunk the rest of the week pretty much. my two sisters coming to town to celebrate. Fawking ASUS is dragging there asses getting me another board UGH!

I saw some of splave's set ups, wanna use a bag and some Aluminum foil on mine see where they can go(paid for along time ago) so if they poof its all good. right now I'm trying to get my second board ready just in case she needs to step in for her twin. Dats right I got two of um, the second one was missing a pin, I popped a pin in and a Pentium CPU this afternoon before i started drinking...................:thumbsup:
I got about twenty CPU'S, my first back up is a E5200 witch seem to scale well and a E6550(may be dead not sure), the board it came in was.

I was searching on the bot, highest over clock on this chip is only worth 2.0 boints? I'll have to check my E5200 out. ?OK I'm gonna go with the Pentium E5200 top OC is 161 bionts

yea but it is the TTP that make the difference from a team prespective.

This is why our team did not make out well in the rule chnges as the Bot now rewards larger variety via TPP and these massive teams and smaller teams that have benched a larger variety are very succesful

yea had a Koolance, does the job, just keep fluid level under the poly transition as mine leaked when cold as it gets loose
