To some its not for fun.

They have sponsors they have to impress or they loose contacts. or they simply have the need to have the biggest epeen.

Believe me some have gone a lot farther than this guy did.

Its really pointless to cheat , why even use hwbot if your going to do that.

Its the entire reason i joined hwbot was to compete with other users and get that #1 spot in a certain category.

I never understood the cheating principle, even as a kid playing board games. I would rather lose on my own merit, and feel happy I got to play, than win by cheating and have no satisfaction from it. *sigh

I guess I am just stupid, as cheating seems to be very popular. (not at HWbot just in general)

I have seen some forums institute a warning dialogue that alerts a poster when they are about to post in an old thread.

I will look into it later and see if we can implement this :)

I fully respect the people are like that, i am kinda like one of them too, only with out a sponsors..... at least not for overclocking
but i really like overclocking my self, i am still a sutdent at college trying get into med school but i went out got a dewar and i don't even have enough money to buy a dewar so i had to make my own:thumbsup:
