Scooping up the little boy and Headed out to see Transformers 2, I'll let yah know how it goes :D

My friend just got back and said it was the shhht. Takin the girl this weekend.

i think ill wait a week or so to let this settle first

Caught the 3:55pm show and some nice seats. Its a GOOD movie, some very funny parts, some romance, some pg-13 pron, cool effects and destruction.

As we were walking out, the line for the next show of Transformers was around the block. :ola:

Gonna go see it this weekend.

How old? My boy would love to go see this. Thinking about making him, but he gets a lot of influence from elsewhere that makes him "think" he wants.... (partly my fault, 6 kids & one HTPC in the living room, yikes).

Ugh I thought High School Musical was bad, my eldest daughter is hooked on Shark Boy! (from the new Vampire movie "Twilight"... anyone that has 11 yr old girls will get that dammit! She hates the Shark Boy comments ..so you use it on your own daughters BTW ;) )

LOL Twilight is not just for the young girls...but for the young @ heart :D Not a crazy fan but still enjoyed the books and movie....can't wait to see the transformer movie....preview looks unreal

twilight? Is that the vampire one? They showed a preview for it b4 X-formers. It looked pretty good cept this time WAREWOLVES!!!!!!!! O.o

Ha ha yea that's the one...i believe the sequel is called "Breaking Dawn" but don't quote me on that....sorry love the whole vampire/werewolf movies....LOL such a dork :D

Don't get me wrong I love quality time with the wife, but I like to leave it at once a week not 3 or 4 times then it becomes common time. :eek:

BTW I heard Transformers 2 had the biggest opening for a midweek movie of $16 mil. Comparing to Dark Knight with 18 mil opening on a Friday that is great for Transformers.

I won't be checking it out until a coule of weeks down when all the fuss has settled down.

so is this a good see or rent, better than the first?

I have a 40" flat screen with a above average sound system but doesn't beat the experience of the movies. Movies like this, Batman and what not I go see at the Warren as it is digital projection. All around a better experience than the other theaters.

I was thinking about downloading it but you just dont get the special effects the way they were designed for the big screen! I guess ill have to fork over the $90 bux to take the family :(

this movie was AMAZING.

obviously it had the general dog humping lame jokes in to please the simple minded, but i guess you have to make a movie for everyone right.

3D EFFECTS ROCKED... geez.

that time where he is on the pirimids and magnetically throws all the tanks in the air against the pyramid.... the sound on that clip was AMAZING

Prety good follow up to the 1st one. Plenty of action and left me satisfied. Damn sure wasn't a let down like Terminator. Best movie this year is still The Hangover. Had me laughin my ass off.

We really enjoyed it at the IMAX... Well worth seeing again for sure... Not everyday a sequel betters the original... IOHO

Not a big movie goer, but got talked into seeing it, wasn't to bad at all, but wouldn't see it again.
