3x1gb or 2x2gb for i7 spi 32m
 

I dont have any 3x2gb kits, only 3x1 and 2x2. What do you think for benching 32m pi? Will be using the standard 512-600max mem so will the extra ram even matter over triple channel?

I would go with 3x1gb.
3x1gb vs 3x2gb is about 6-8sec max on spi32M.
3x2gb vs 2x2gb is about 15sec or more.

Good info there.... I wonder why it is that 2 channel is doing better for 2d benches... makes no sense to me.

I couldnt get dual channel to run for the life of me, fyi.
