Its Gutterz

Hey everyone! To let everyone know yes Im still alive! lol Its been a wacky several months.

To give ya a scoop of whats been goin on. I sold my house back in July an was out of a house for a while. I was shoppin around for a while an I finally found one back in August. It was a foreclosure on the lake that needed alot of work. The bank finally accepted my offer an I owned it by September. Their was alot of work needed to be done before the city would let me live in it.

By October I got the approval to live here. Im far from done thow. The first story is 80% done. The second story is a new addition that the last owner never finished. So its just all roughed in. I need to still put in electrical, finish their plumbing job put in a furnace an get it all inspected then I can insulate it an drywall ect. Hopefully Ill be done by March to get occupancy of the second story. Me an a few people are doing it all ourselves to save some coin.

I never meant to bail on the team I just needed to get shit in my life straight. I was hoping to be back benchin by now but I didnt expect to get myself into this big of a project. But I couldnt pass on this house. 2200 sq ft on canal front property for under 27k. When the house is worth double that at the moment without it being an official 2 story until approved. When the house is 100% complete it will be worth 150k in this shitty market.

But I plan to start benching again I just dont know when. Hopefully soon!

Hey Bro!

I'm in the same boat. Just moved into a house, then had our first child, so massive priority shift but you can't feel like you're shafting the team, we're all mates :)

Good deal on the house bro especially by a lake, we paid 260k for ours but the market up here is a bit different.
