How many GTX 480s to run 3 screens?

and how the hell do you hook it all up?

I assume 1 card should do 2 screens - 2 cards for 2 screens - any adapters?

All will be DVI into the monitors

Got the second monitor this morning, the third is due any minute now so any help would be appreciated :)
