Man I'm so outa shape it's sad. I've been running a bit, but damn I'm slow. Took me like 5-6 to figure out that my mind says go fast while my body says SLOW DOWN! :laughing: I do have a four miler under my belt already, but I ain't tellin' my mi/min times. :blush:

I really really hope they aren't expensive because rolling is one of the funnest thing's I've ever tried. I would like to take some formal training to learn the technical part of it. I also gotta make sure it's not just some Joe-blow with blue/purple belt from his uncle's back yard claiming to be an expert. :laughing: Friend Cliff got caught up in that shit once. Chick was supposed to have been trained under Rickson Gracie and he knew more jitz than her.

Youtube has all the BJJ you'll ever need to learn :P
