Sandy Bridge Windows 7 SP1

Might want to avoid SP1 when going for max clocks on Sandy Bridge.

I thought I borked my chip as I lost about 200 MHZ, I just happened to come across something at Xtremesystems, I do not know if its true, just something to look out for.

One of the many extensions which make up the new SSE standard. AVX is what makes sandy clit as fast as 6 core westmeres at video encoding work. Bulldozer is supposed to use the complete set of extensions and fully support the SSE 4.x or 5 (can't remember) instruction set.
