Feel me?

Two things:

1) Hasn't Silverstones quality went down hill? Seems like alot of people have dead PSU's lately.

2) Would you not stand a great chance of blowing a cb before maxing this thing out in most homes?

It will have to be 220v input.

I thought 1500w was max for 120v and 1700/1800 was max for 220v?

Actually I think they are limited to 1300w for 110v but as it sits that would be 13.64a draw at 100% efficiency, I would guess you would need to be using a dedicated 20a breaker minimum to run that PSU on 110v. an you imagine how many houses (or huts) would catch fire if they had sustained loads around 15a /110v ?
