Have a 5 day weekend so it's finally time to get the new man cave rolling.

Got the walls fixed up and painted. Now it's time to make the floor pretty.

Post degreasing, powerwashing and acid etching. Not sure if I adequately degreased some spots so I may have to re-degrease and etch some areas. Back to the hardware store......

Very nice. What are you going to use on the floor? Just concrete paint or are you going to do one of those auto floors with the speckles in it?

Looks like an awesome space there, do you have a solid plan for layout of the PatchCave yet?

Have a friend that just did that spekel epoxy stuff, turned out sweet.

I have the epoxy. Still trying to decide whether to use the speckles.

Floor prep is driving me nuts. In hindsight, would have been more time and cost effective to buy a sandblaster. And I'd have cool toy.......

Any way to just seal what you have? I think it looks great how it is. Cement but slightly glossy.
