So what are the thoughts on this? Trailer looks pretty bad ass .. hated 2 but loved playing 1 so not sure what to really expect from 3 :Dizzy:

I got a copy , just ca,t down;oad it until Tuesday.

It's free with ant 7K series card.

It is brutal from what the Eurpeans nad the Pirates report.

Hope I can run it at 120 FPS .......... :laughing:

Everyone is saying best shooter evar .......... :thumbsup:

Not sure on the muiltiplayer though

SLI Profile

1)Install nv inspector

2)Load it up and click the little profile settings button

3)Top left is the list of game profiles, scroll down to find Far Cry 3, select it.
Now look at the list of buttons at the top middle, find the one that says "Add application to current profile", select that.

4)Find farcry3_d3d11.exe, usually in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Far Cry 3\bin

5)open farcry 3 profile with inspector, and change SLI bits for DX11

0x000902F5 to 0x0C1902F5( this fixes the decal bug when shooting something frames drop.)

Kill downclocing on 600 series

HDAO = High Definition Ambient Occlusion = AMD
HBAO = Horizon Based Ambient Occlusion = nVidia
