Desktop Icons

Anyone know why I can't get my desktop icons small? The are set to be small in the control panel but they remain MEDIUM. I've tried resetting to medium and large - they will get large, and then resetting to small but they will never get small ??

I'm guessing the OS is screwed since I never had this problem before I tore the rig apart and replaced the video cards and water loop :Dizzy:

Have you tried left-click/right-click on the desktop and then select view? If you have a mouse with scroll there is a way to make them any custom size you desire by holding ctrl and scrolling. If all fails how about just pinning your icons to the taskbar...nice clean desktop.

I think you have to go to Window color/Advanced appearance settings to dial them down.
