I need a tech!

Seriously.

Anyone in the Tampa Bay area looking for a job?

Certified, not certified, don't care, I need someone who knows their stuff, and has great customer service skills.

I'm serious! :cool3:

Let me know asap.

Hey man,
A suggestion, WD is in a rig contest(on another site)if you search the forums you'll find it. You can be a good team mate N vote for Witch Doctor and there is about a fawkin million members there (HINT HINT)........Worth a shoot!
The problem with computer and customer service, "my PC is acting weird" (TECH) sounds like a virus, there's about a bazillion things could cause an "Acting weird" condition of course one is Viruses, also hardware, software, customer error, customer ignorance, five people using the same PC, etc.

Good luck man!

That is my problem. Customers do not know enough for me to give an estimate.

Then you give it back thinking its fixed and they call you up after getting home saying it's still acting up........ UGH!

That is one of the benefits to on site troubleshooting. You can survey the entire network and peripheral topography. I have fixed a laptop before for a riend and they complained that they were still having problems. Turns out they had a USB printer that was causing trouble.
