780i and GPU issue..
 

hey,

i have a POV 9800gtx. It worked fine in the 780i for long. now i ran it for a week in my ep45t extreme, now it gives long beep code at D6 which is the gpu LED.

So, no picture, long beep at gpu on the 780i.

but this card works FINE on my ep45t extreme.

my 8800gts 512 , both of them, works fine in both boards. only the 9800gtx works in my board but not the 780i.

i've had this prob before, where cards dont work in a 790i, but they do on the ep45t, but thats only when i supercool them. this pov 98gtx has been on air only :/

any ideas

How are the 790i mem modules?? I've had freaky behavior pointing to the gpu when it was really a dying mem controller or mem module.
