The BattleStar
2 Attachment(s)
The BattleStar was created after we Cylons defeated the remainder of the human colonials and is comprised of the the bodies of the entire Cyclon race, excluding myself and 72 of the Asian female variant. I am thinking of decommissioning her and selling off some of her parts, tho she is so beautiful I hesitate to do so. Since I've never posted any pics of her, thought I'd do so :)
This is her insides, other pics are too big and will need to be resized before I can post. Thats a Rampage 2 Extreme as the base that I'm going to sell with an i7 965. Not sure I can do a 4sale here though so won't say any more until I find out if it's legal or not. Pretty inside ain't she? Exterior shot added. She's a bad.. shut yo mouth... lol Those are shrouded Feser quads on each side :) Tri Slied 280's may go too ?? |
Damn bro, that musta took some patience to put together. What block is on the nb?
|
Yeah Kal, patience isn't the word for it though :Dizzy: Mounting the quads was tough, but the tubing was a trip cause with the two different colored loops I was trying to emulate human veins and arteries :)
I used the Swiftech block on the nb - it's the one ASUS recommends. She was a bat outta hell until I put together the new phase/975 rig :( |
Oh, I'm loving that pic on the right, very nice geekbox. Phase has corrupted you huh buddy? Its o.k. I've got something brewing that should put me right there next to you in the short yellow bus.
|
oooo.... now I'm intrigued:D Tell me more, tell me more lol
Yeah, once you go extreme, it's like going from air to water.... how can you go back ??? lol Let me know what you got planned ??? |
There will be pics soon.............................................. .............................................tbc
|
I love it! I bet it is a pain in the arse when needing worked on.

Hey Dr. Nip, if you're taliing to me it really isn't as bad as it looks like it should be. I left plenty of hose between the back of the box so the side panels both swing out well past 90% The left engine nacell was still attached when I took the inards pic, just pulled back out of the way.
I used two furniture clamps to gold the sides on while I screw in or unscrew the retaining screws and it pops right out :) goes in pretty easy too! Hard part is picking it up and moving it to another room, won't fit through the door :( lol PS, it now sports a dual DD bay resevoir.. makes a world of difference. Now if only I could get a laser to scan back and forth lololo |
Sick looking wc build. Seeing water-cooled Tri-SLI is always cool.
@ Kal-EL, quit screwing around and let us in on your plans. |
I can't yet, its under NDA!
