the dell is a laptop and the 478 is a disktop board
and when i was testing the 478 with the P8600 i was using the psu from my main system that i am typing on right now

system will not even power on it will just flash and nothing
shouldn't be overheating because system is not even power on at all
i seems like the computer is in some kind of mode that's keeping it from powering on
