Relaly all you need though is a few dollars worth of the pine wood and if you want to go all out.. a piece of aluminum for a PCI expansion bracket and some coarse thread screws and a couple of pan heads for holdign the bracket donw.. net cost... $20
Oh and some pipe strap to cut some impromptu brackets for things like mounting the PSU and HDDs 
I have a thread under cases I belive look for "new desk mod" started with a <$20 assembly and that meant going out and buying everything instead of using what was available.
