I have an APC 1500 XS Back ups that supposedly uses battery power to augment line power if the draw is too much. PCP&C turbo cool 1200 PSU which seems to have survived just fine ... phwew
I have a monster Tripp Lite APS in the basement that uses a marine gell cell battery to replace lost current. Used to use it to keep the fish alive in case of blackouts, but since I have no more fish.. might as well put that bad boy to use in the computer room
Wonder if it'll still squell then ??? lol
