Runmc kept telling me it was damaged, it was damaged. I kept thinking it was nothing more than just a little wear on the insulation. Either way when he saw the pics, he informed that indeed it was busted.

What type of optics? I have a ton of optics buddies from my days in the core. Worked right next to them and even had to handle RMA's when I was deployed.
So far, so good on the outcome. Now just waiting on the final product to come and have a proper unit.
