Ok I have finished my first test run and everything went great
Operating Instructions:
Start First Stage and wait until Heat Exchange Output gets down to ~-40c range
Start Second Stage and keep an eye on Heat Exchange Output #2, it should stay below -35c
To Shut Down, turn off Second Stage and wait until pressure equalizes on both Red and Blue Gauge’s,
around -100psi. Was told not really needed but a good idea.
Blue Gauge is Low Pressure
Red Gauge is High Pressure
* Note: Second Stage Low Pressure, Blue Gauge is off by 10psi, higher than it should be
Left side is First Stage Pressure Gauges
Right side is Second Stage Pressure Gauges
Typical operating pressure of High Side of Second Stage would be from 165-215 or so depending on
load condition.
Load Ranges: These I saw myself on the very first run of the unit before I took it home.
At 200w… it is holding -95c…
At 270w… it is holding -89c….
At 285w… it is holding -87c….
1st stage:
3/4+ hp condensing unit (has low pressure cut off)
SLHX (shell tube thing...)
Danfoss TUAE TXV.
Swep plate hx.
2nd stage:
1/2+ hp compressor
Condenser for my usual v2000 unit for desuperheater.
SLHX 3ft of 5/16 in 1/2
Captubing to Evap (chilly1 evap)
Yellow jacket 3/8 stainless steel flex line (flare end on each)
Highside cut off switch.
So here I have the completed video of the first test run. Please forgive my noobish video skills

As the startup of the first stage takes a few minutes I cut out most of that so as not to bore everyone
Things I need to do:
Pickup 2 more temp guages so that I do not have to swap out the probes. I would like to watch all temps at one time.
Small compact 12v power supply so I do not have to use a PC PSU just to power the 2 fans, 1 on the 1st stage condensor and the other that is on the 2nd stage compressor to help keep that cool, that was added after the build was completed and was told not really needed.
Redo a few more places of insulation.
So here you go, enjoy

Most of the noise you hear is the First Stage Compresor, it's a beast ! Then the big compressor fan.

Some new pic's after cleaned up.
