The 8316 uses the VR10/11 VID tables. So, the VID mod will not to be hard to figure out.
The assignments will be similar to the VID table I mapped out for Patch's Lightning.

If someone has a DMM and will do some measurements for me, I can help map the VID table for this IC to. I need another pic of the IC and surround resistors.
