EDIT: What I do is click on the paperclip looking icon in the toolset that says manage attachment. I pick the picture which must stay below restricted size, then after I click upload, I close the window. Then when I get to the point where I want to insert the pic, I go up to manage attachments , scroll down to the pic, and insert it there.....
