I went through the startup hours ago and didn't see anything out of place. I have a heavy duty virus suite so at least for the moment I'm not thinking that's it... actually this happened though last night when I switched off while playing UT3 with the supes
Since then it's been dead ass slow.
I'm shying away from a fresh install only because it's an OEM disk and I'd have to wipe all my gaming files off and reinstall - not ruled out though by any means.
Actually, I'm hoping it's the processor so I can RMA it
