no need for ddr5 as they are very low heat....
all you need to cover is the mosfets...you don't even have to cover the drivers...
anything aluminum that is wide enough to cover the mosfets and thermal tape..
...note on gpu core....its hot....and when its cold it will get frosty...when hot again..it will melt....WATER...seal the gpu core(sides including back side....just a note
