Check out the manufacturer responses here on newegg. I swear some of these companies are so full of shit that I can actually smell it through my monitor.

Maybe Palit should look into fixing the problem instead of underclocking cards.
I was browsing for a cheap htpc card replacement... I have a feeling it won't be that one.
